Your order will be processed within 24 hours (excluding holidays) and shipped within 48 hours.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed next business day.
Pre-orders are sent same week items are in the warehouse.

National deliveries are handled by DHL express and International deliveries handled with DHL Economy on business days excluding holidays.
Price showed on the website does not include import duties and / or customs fees and items may be subject to extra costs. These are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by thefranceschini.com.
thefranceschini.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
You will receive an e-mail from thefraceschini.com and from DHL once the order is dispatched.
You can also use for free DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY PREFERENCES. You will receive an SMS to access and manage your order :
- Schedule delivery: Preference for delivery on a specific ( other ) date or specific time window
- Leave with a neighbor request to leave the shipment at a specific neighbor
- Service Point Delivery: request to pick up the shipment at a drop-off location
- Alternative address: A request to deliver to an alternative address
- Vacation hold: request to hold the shipment ( for max 30 days)
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have two weeks ( 14 days) from the delivery to exchange or return it. If these days have passed, we cannot offer you an exchange/refund.
- Products will be considered faulty or damaged when a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For any damaged items, please send us an email to email@example.com with the problem. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. thefranceschini.com reserves the right to refuse any returns sent back to our facility without authorization.
- Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (packaging, dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside. Items cannot be used, washed or altered in any way.
When you return or exchange any products, you must cover the shipping charges, unless you have received a faulty product. Please note that if you have had a free shipping, in case of return and then refund we will keep the costs for shipping (according to the country).
Items on sale cannot be refunded. They only can be exchanged.
- If the return request meets thefranceschini.com's return policy requirements, a return label will be sent to the email address used at the moment of purchase by our customer service after approval.

All refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been verified by our team.
The refunded amount will be available to clients depending on payment method used at the moment of purchase:
- Credit card: the refunded money will be available in approximately 5 business days and within the next billing statement
- Paypal: the refunded money will be available the same day as the refund is issued
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
